Barry is a driven sales strategist with a 15+ year record of achievement generating new leads for a sales staff and utilizing relationships through the industry to help facilitate an engine of leads through direct mail and a live transfer platform. He as an outstanding sense of self-awareness and adaptability and is extremely successful at building relationships and inspiring motivation in his employees. He is recognized for his aggressive ability to develop new business and professional growth while managing a sales teams striving for increased productivity.

ANDI - PROJECT MANAGER
Andi Alvarez graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. She joins InitiateU as a Project Manager with over 13 years of Marketing and Project Management knowledge, with a background focused on Digital Marketing such as Social Media, Email Marketing, Campaign Strategy and, also Graphic Design. Her experience is widespread and eclectic in industries such as Publishing, Automotive, Hospitality, Sports, Healthcare Recruitment, Events and Wine/Spirits. Her goal is to bring awareness to the InitiateU brand and focus on marketing and lead generation strategies. In her spare time you can find Andi sweating it out on the trails hiking or spinning to her favorite tunes. She also enjoys the good life at the lake, a good glass of clean wine, a concert or a night in with her husband and puppy, Oscar.
